Tuulikki Laes is a Senior Researcher at the Center for Educational Research and Academic Development in the Arts (CERADA), University of the Arts Helsinki. Currently, she is appointed as an Academy Research Fellow (2023-2027) by the Research Council of Finland. She also serves as a lecturer and a supervisor at the MuTri Doctoral School, Sibelius Academy. Tuulikki is a member of the Editorial Board of the Finnish Journal of Music Education and the International Journal of Music Education and a reviewer for several international research journals. She is a member of the ISME Commission on Policy: Culture, Education and Media.
